It all starts today!

It’s exciting to welcome you to my new project! I'm so pleased to announce today that I'm going to be working in partnership with 11th Hour Racing on a new high-performance racing campaign aligned to their work developing global initiatives for a more inclusive and sustainable future for everyone.

It’s really special to have my very own project and embark on this new adventure with them. The sailing program will focus on offshore sailing - and we'll announce our plans in the coming weeks - but as many of you will know, my passion for success and creating impact isn't only kept to the racecourse.

Together with 11th Hour Racing, we want to change the status quo! We share the same values and goals and are aligned on a mission towards breaking down barriers and fostering a community that values diversity and inclusivity. Together, we are committed to creating a level playing field where all individuals can engage in sailing activities.

It’s an honor for me to be powered by 11th Hour Racing, an organization with a track record of tangible impact on a global scale for the health of people and the planet. I thank them for the belief and commitment they have in me.

I'm very proud to be heading up the team, and joined by Melinda Erkelens, Emily Caroe, and Carla Anselmi, to drive that change, build representation in the industry, and create more equity and equality. I look forward to sharing our plans with you in the coming months.
